My name is
Robyn Lynn.

I help couples build rock solid communication skills, transform conflict into connection, and cultivate a shared sex life together based in affection, play, trust, and ongoing exploration.

The practices I teach help to build healthy, secure attachment within couples, and also support individuals to increase their autonomy and unique authentic self-expression.  I have experience with traditionally monogamous couples, as well as those openly practicing ethical non-monogamy, and I honor both of these orientations.

I call myself a renegade therapist, because my own journey for truth and wholeness has taken me beyond the limits of the Western notion of the separate psychological self and into mystical states of interconnectedness. For me, it’s connection with this state of awareness – the unified field – that I see as the source of meaningful healing, renewal, and inspiration.  For those who are called, I can serve as a guide in exploring embodied intimacy as a spiritual path.

I have over a decade of experience supporting men, women, couples, and groups. That’s thousands of hours in 1 on 1 sessions, classes, and events. I teach from my own experience and the paths that I have walked.
