I'm here to walk with you where it matters.

I've spent over 20 years at the edge of intimacy, truth, and embodied awareness. My work draws from psychology, somatic practice, non-dual spiritual traditions, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the living world.

I care about what actually works.

I'm not here to fix you—I'm here to meet you, and to help you meet yourself more honestly than you have before.

My clients are individuals and couples who are done with surface-level insight and ready for something that reaches deeper—into the body, into the truth of what's actually here, into the places that have been quiet for too long.

My approach

I work in real time—with sensation, truth, and what's alive between you and the world. We don't separate your healing from your sexuality, your desire, or your capacity for genuine connection. These aren't separate territories. They are one living system.

The same force that moves your sexuality is the force that moves life itself. When that current is blocked, everything contracts. When it begins to move again, everything changes.
